In November 2021, chess enthusiasts had the opportunity to participate in an exciting event organized by GM Rashad Babaev called Boro’s Gambit. The event, held at the Boro of Tysons, was a chess simul where players had the chance to face off against Babaev and test their skills. Babaev, a highly skilled grandmaster, provided a challenging and engaging experience for all participants. Whether players were seasoned veterans or new to the game, Boro’s Gambit offered a unique opportunity to test their strategic thinking and hone their chess abilities.
